Large UAE Bank, a full-service bank in the UAE with strong corporate, commercial, treasury, trade finance, and personal banking offerings, needed to simplify a highly siloed integration landscape around its Temenos T24 core banking system. The bank faced challenges with validation, logging, alerts, and slow interface development across multiple satellite applications, which limited its ability to deliver agile, multichannel customer services. Fiorano Software was selected to help address these integration and digitalization needs.
Fiorano Software implemented its out-of-the-box integration solution using Fiorano ESB and microservice-centric connectors to integrate T24 with key systems such as HRMS, UAE fund transfer, RCAP, AML, and SWIFT. The result was a major reduction in interface development time from about 3 weeks to 1 week for medium-complexity integrations, phase-one delivery in 45 days, and the ability to process around 2,000 transactions in under 10 minutes. Large UAE Bank also reduced core banking complexity, improved real-time issue escalation, and planned to migrate more than 30 additional interfaces to Fiorano Software.
