AboitizPower, a major power generation and distribution company in the Philippines, needed a way to streamline its distributed IT landscape while supporting new mobile services for customers. Its teams were spending significant time keeping data consistent across systems for billing, customer care, work assignments, and other functions, and the frequent database queries were affecting performance. Fiorano Software’s enterprise integration platform, Fiorano ESB, was selected to help the company modernize its middleware.

Fiorano Software implemented a two-phase solution using Fiorano ESB: first, it synchronized core systems such as ERP, work and asset management, and customer care and billing in real time; second, it exposed REST-based APIs to power customer mobile apps for bill viewing, payments, complaints, and service requests. The result was faster service delivery, improved data availability, reduced maintenance costs, and higher customer satisfaction, with quicker complaint resolution and a notable boost in productivity and time to market.
