EasyPay enhances infrastructure Agility and Dynamic Response with Fiorano Integration Platform

EasyPay, a leading South African provider of EFT and bill payment processing services, needed a more agile way to handle high-volume transactions across a mix of batch and real-time systems. Its existing infrastructure was complex, hard to manage, and slow to adapt to new clients and services, while its message routing setup lacked throttling, store-and-forward control, and the performance needed for direct channels like internet and telephone payments. EasyPay chose Fiorano Software’s Fiorano ESB to address these challenges.

Fiorano Software implemented Fiorano ESB as the messaging backbone for EasyPay’s SOA-based architecture, enabling centralized monitoring, GUI-based routing and orchestration, throttling, store-and-forward, and reliable message delivery to multiple back-end services. The result was improved infrastructure agility, easier configuration management, better performance at hundreds to thousands of messages per second, and the ability to respond quickly to opportunities and threats while supporting more than 286 million transactions annually.
