Fiorano Software implemented a service-oriented integration layer that aggregates and distributes data from disparate applications, automates scheduled data jobs, and exposes internal data through REST services for on-demand lookup, enrichment, and transformation. The result was faster access to near-real-time analytics, improved business intelligence, and greater operational efficiency; Delaware North also reported that new business flows can be implemented 50% faster, with better scalability, lower development costs, and quicker decision-making.
