Bajaj Finserv, part of the Bajaj Finserv group, needed to modernize a fragmented loan and insurance integration environment that relied on many point-to-point connections across disparate applications such as FinnOne, DataMart, Salesforce.com, and various portals. The manual, hard-to-maintain setup made customer updates slow, increased operational risk, and limited the company’s ability to deliver near real-time service. Fiorano Software’s SOA/ESB platform was selected to address these integration and monitoring challenges.
Fiorano Software implemented multiple Fiorano Event Process flows using the Fiorano ESB with web service, database, Salesforce.com, and HTTP adapters to replace customized point-to-point interfaces with a centralized, scalable integration layer. This gave Bajaj Finserv unified monitoring, easier maintenance, faster communication, and reduced reliance on specialized resources. The results included automation of manual tasks, elimination of reconciliation and availability issues, and support for more than 350,000 transactions per week with high speed and low latency, helping loans move from hours to seconds.
