Fiora redesigned the website's navigation, including the nav bar, homepage hero menu, and footer, to streamline user journeys and highlight key pages. The solution, built using Fiora's Drupal workflow, also incorporated a new video block for engagement and ensured AA accessibility compliance. The results were highly positive: user journeys were completed in fewer steps, less time was spent navigating, and there was a significant reduction in customers phoning for support.
