Digital transformation delivered in under 8 months

BRD SocGen, the retail banking subsidiary of Societe Generale in Romania, wanted to accelerate its digital transformation and win more customers through a modern online experience. Working with FintechOS, BRD aimed to replace branch-only account opening with a frictionless digital onboarding journey and also digitize personal secured loan origination, all on a tight agile timeline.

FintechOS delivered a digital layer on top of BRD’s legacy systems using FintechOS Lighthouse, enabling customer onboarding, loan origination, OCR document analysis, liveness detection, video calling, and automated orchestration. The project was launched in under 8 months and achieved a 95% satisfaction rating among BRD’s new and existing customers, while also improving speed to market and integration across systems.
