Frasier Enterprises, a multi‑franchise owner operating roughly 600 locations, faced growing lease-accounting pain as they transitioned to ASC 842: disorganized lease data, payment‑tracking gaps, and time‑consuming manual entry and email chasing. To solve this, they adopted FinQuery’s lease accounting software and integrated it with their Acumatica ERP to handle calculations and approvals more reliably.
FinQuery implemented an Acumatica integration that automated lease calculations, enabled one‑click lease abstracts, and pushed data directly into the ERP for approval, eliminating most manual entries. The result: over 600 leases were onboarded into the system, monthly entries became much easier, communications and approvals were streamlined, and Frasier reported significant time savings and reduced errors thanks to FinQuery.
