Acumatica customer Frasier Enterprises, a multi-franchise operator with roughly 600 locations, faced mounting complexity complying with ASC 842 after growing beyond 200 leases. Manual tracking caused fractured reports, lost time locating leases, payment-tracking gaps, and internal miscommunications, so they looked to vendor FinQuery (formerly LeaseQuery) for a lease accounting software solution.

FinQuery integrated directly with Acumatica to automate lease calculations, push monthly entries and approvals into the ERP, and eliminate manual data entry; over 600 leases were simply entered into the system.
