A FindMine Case Study
The Shopping Channel (TSC), a Canadian multi-channel retailer, wanted to better inspire shoppers and increase cross-sells across its large catalog of fashion and accessory products. Working with FindMine, TSC looked for a way to deliver relevant product recommendations at scale without sacrificing quality or requiring heavy manual merchandising.
FindMine implemented automated “complete the look” recommendations across four major categories, pulling product data directly from TSC’s API and customizing the module to match the site experience. In an 8-week A/B test, FindMine served over 24 million outfits and helped drive a 2% lift in average order value and a 3% increase in revenue across the tested categories.
