The Shopping Channel (TSC), a multi-vertical retailer, wanted to expand beyond the success of its fashion and jewelry “Get the Look” experience and bring similar inspiration and product guidance to its home category. The challenge was to help shoppers better discover complementary items across home products like bedding, garden planters, and décor while driving more exposure to less-navigated categories.

FindMine implemented “Get the Look” across TSC’s home category, using merchandising expertise, product data, and performance insights to show shoppers three ways to style and pair items at scale. In a 4-week A/B test, FindMine helped deliver a 2% lift in overall home-category revenue, and influenced 29% of Bath revenue, 24% of Home Decor revenue, and 24% of Furniture revenue, leading TSC to roll it out to 100% of home traffic.
