In 2014, administrators at local offices manually matched receipts to company card bills, a time-consuming process with a high risk of errors, lost reports, and poor scalability. WSP turned to Findity to replace this manual workflow.

With Findity, WSP now has approximately 3,600 employees managing receipts and expenses through the service, with expense reports automatically routed to scanning and document management systems and AI/ML helping suggest categories for coding. The result has been more secure submission without email, less manual administration, reduced archiving costs, and improved reporting accuracy, allowing staff at 45 local offices to focus on more valuable work.
