Findem implemented attribute-based sourcing across every public people database (and integrated Upsolver’s Greenhouse ATS), plus combined sourcing and outreach and dynamic talent pools for hiring-manager collaboration. As a result, Upsolver more than doubled their pipeline, reports that 85% of Findem candidates are a good fit, cut sourcing time by roughly 60 (sourcing better candidates in less than half the time), and gained clear, trackable metrics—emails, responses, interviews scheduled, and weeks to hire—so recruiting ROI is now provable.
