The results were strong: reply rates from ATS candidates rose 80%, rediscovered candidates saw 79% higher reply rates than external sourcing, contact-to-interest rates in warm channels increased from 14% to 31%, external sourcing activity dropped 33%, and Findem-influenced inbound applications grew 4x.
