A Finastra Case Study
Seattle Bank, a locally owned boutique bank in Seattle with 60 employees and over USD700 million in assets, needed to replicate its high‑touch, branch experience across digital channels after its legacy online and mobile platforms became a constraint. To deliver personalized, scalable digital services, Seattle Bank chose Finastra and its suite of products — notably Fusion Phoenix, Fusion Digital Banking and the FusionFabric.cloud open API platform — as the foundation for modernizing its core and digital banking capabilities.
Finastra deployed Fusion Phoenix (on Microsoft Azure) integrated with Fusion Digital Banking and FusionFabric.cloud, delivering a smooth core conversion with fast staff adoption and no major fallout from typical migration risks. The implementation improved API-driven integration with fintechs, enabled Seattle Bank to join a Google mobile banking pilot (one of 11 U.S. partners), and supported a third‑party fintech PPP application — demonstrable outcomes that gave the bank secure, scalable agility to launch personalized digital services and better serve its community.
