Rock Canyon Bank, a community bank headquartered in Provo, Utah, needed to eliminate delays in its commercial and consumer lending caused by in-person or postal signing of documents. To modernize its loan process and improve customer convenience, the bank selected Finastra’s ProSign Online eSignature solution as part of the Finastra Total Lending bundle.
Working with Finastra Global Services, Rock Canyon Bank deployed ProSign Online to let customers review and sign loan agreements online or via mobile. The Finastra solution reduced loan finalization time by more than 46% — from an average of 2.6 days to 1.4 days — accelerating access to funds, improving customer experience, and enabling the bank to scale its lending with ongoing Finastra support.
