Finastra delivered Fusion Digital Banking as the foundation for a resilient, dual‑language mobile and online banking experience that was customized for the credit union’s community needs. The project, completed well ahead of schedule (planned for seven months but finished in roughly three), launched alongside a new call center, improved compliance and accessibility support from Finastra, and helped drive strong outcomes — Puerto Rico Federal Credit Union’s assets grew almost 26% in a few years while members gained reliable remote access to services.
