Kotak Mahindra Bank, one of India’s leading banks, faced a fragmented corporate banking experience where customers had to navigate multiple portals for trade finance, cash management, lending and more. To deliver a unified, scalable and secure solution that meets rising digital expectations, Kotak partnered with Finastra and selected Finastra Corporate Channels to power its new Unified Corporate Portal — Kotak fyn.
Working with Finastra, Kotak built Kotak fyn as a single, personalized enterprise portal using Corporate Channels’ dashboards, APIs and pre‑configured workflows. The implementation delivered fast, multi‑device access and accelerated product rollout: more than 40,000 corporate customers are live, over 50% of trade transactions went digital within nine months of go‑live, and time‑to‑market for new digital offerings has been greatly reduced — outcomes achieved in partnership with Finastra.
