CIH Bank enhances the corporate banking experience with new digital services

CIH Bank, a leading Moroccan bank with over 1.1 million active customers and 301 branches, needed to rapidly develop reliable, convenient online corporate banking services to support business customers and respond to the COVID‑19 pandemic. To accelerate its digital transformation and meet rising corporate expectations, CIH Bank selected Finastra’s Fusion Corporate Channels and upgraded to Fusion Trade Innovation as the foundation for its new online corporate banking portal.

Finastra implemented Fusion Corporate Channels (with Fusion Trade Innovation) and delivered close to 70% of the project remotely using the Fusion Adopt methodology to minimize disruption and reduce travel. The deployed solution gives CIH Bank 24/7 online access, real‑time views of balances and pending transactions, expanded trade and supply‑chain finance capabilities, and greater automation—resulting in improved operational efficiency, stronger customer service and a scalable platform for future growth.
