A Finastra Case Study
AM Bank, one of Lebanon’s most awarded banks, set out to build next‑generation digital banking services to attract digital‑native customers and retain loyalty across its base. Faced with the need for a flexible, secure core and rich omnichannel experience, AM Bank partnered with Finastra to upgrade its platforms and launch new mobile and online capabilities using Fusion Equation, Fusion Digital (and Fusion Trade Innovation for trade finance), supported by Finastra’s Fusion Advance upgrade service.
Finastra upgraded AM Bank’s core to Fusion Equation 4.3, deployed Fusion Digital to power the new mobile and online apps and implemented Fusion Trade Innovation to meet SWIFT-related requirements; the project was delivered collaboratively via Finastra’s global teams. The result: thousands of app installs within four months, improved personalized services (including biometric security and a “Comfort Zone” widget), stronger market reach in Lebanon and a clear target to onboard all customers to the digital platform by the end of 2019.
