Vizergy, a Jacksonville-based digital marketing firm serving hotels, resorts and restaurants, faced complex recurring invoicing: multiple invoices per month to 1,000+ clients across up to eight billing methods, double data entry between Salesforce and QuickBooks, high late payments (28% >90 days), and difficulty working remotely. FinancialForce implemented an integrated, automated accounting solution (including FinancialForce Accounting and ClickLink automation) as Vizergy’s single system of record, automatically generating daily invoices and pulling data from five objects. The results included reducing >90-day delinquencies from 28% to under 10%, improving collections by ~30%, cutting accounting labor and payroll ~20%, saving $10–20K/year on invoicing plus $5–10K from reduced manual errors, and improving cash flow, customer service, auditing and reconciliation.
