OAC Services, a Campbell, California–based IT services consulting firm, faced a "Frankencloud" of disconnected tools—CRM, accounting spreadsheets and MS Project—that made it slow and painful to get timely project data, bill clients, and maintain one view of each customer. To address this, OAC turned to FinancialForce, deploying FinancialForce PSA and FinancialForce Accounting alongside Salesforce CRM on the Salesforce1 Platform to replace disparate systems and consolidate project and financial data.

FinancialForce implemented a single-cloud solution that provides one user interface, one login and a unified customer record spanning sales, finance and services, giving teams a 360° view of projects and transactions. As a result, OAC improved collaboration and project controls, sped decision-making and increased operational efficiency—most notably cutting the weekly timesheet-to-invoice cycle from three days to one (a 66% improvement)—enabling faster follow-up, better project delivery and growth in profitability.
