FinancialForce HCM replaced the patchwork of systems with a single cloud HR app, streamlining onboarding (including for 1,000+ seasonal staff), enabling self‑service for employees and managers, improving payroll connectivity with ADP, and delivering trusted reporting for data‑driven decisions. As a result, FinancialForce helped Interlochen eliminate paper processes, boost employee engagement and productivity, and free HR to focus on higher‑value work.
