Emergo, a medium-sized medical device regulatory consulting firm based in Austin that serves manufacturers in over 20 international markets, faced growth constraints when OpenAir became a bottleneck and client data lived in multiple systems (OpenAir and QuickBooks), creating inaccuracies and reconciliation overhead.
