Christian Children’s Fund of Canada faced fragmented, paper- and spreadsheet-based HR across seven countries, slow hiring and salary-review processes, and no single source of real-time workforce data. FinancialForce implemented a unified HCM system with Everyday HCM, applicant tracking, employee self-service, time and attendance, and workforce analytics, eliminating spreadsheets and paper forms. The FinancialForce solution reduced HR queries, enabled recruiters to post roles and manage hiring in real time (5,214 applications for 42 roles since go‑live), streamlined salary and performance reviews, and delivered real‑time management reports to improve cost analysis, compliance tracking, and grant reporting.
