Chem-Dry Australia, the country’s largest carpet-cleaning franchise, faced fragmented systems that made commission data entry, invoicing and month‑end reconciliation slow and error-prone. To unify CRM and accounting and move to the cloud, Chem-Dry Australia selected FinancialForce (using FinancialForce Accounting and FinancialForce Billing) to integrate Salesforce with their invoicing, payables and reporting processes.
FinancialForce implemented an integrated, cloud-based accounting and CRM solution that replaced manual entry with a data importer and unified Salesforce records with financial workflows. As a result, invoicing dropped from half a day to one hour, invoicing errors fell 64% (improving DSO and customer relationships), manual entry now saves about two days a month, reporting is almost paperless and staff time has been freed for strategic projects. FinancialForce’s solution also delivered IT savings and changed how the organization views and uses information.
