CDI Spaces, a small commercial design and furnishing firm in Edmonton, needed to leave QuickBooks behind and get finance on the Salesforce platform so sales, services and finance could share one source of truth. They faced data synchronization issues, manual data entry, no audit trail, and slow month‑end processes, and engaged FinancialForce to replace QuickBooks with FinancialForce Accounting (alongside FinancialForce PSA, Billing and Spend Management) on Salesforce.

FinancialForce connected accounting to the CRM, automated month‑end journals and reconciliations, and delivered snapshot reports and an Accounts Receivable dashboard to drive collections. As a result FinancialForce gave CDI Spaces a single system of record, reduced manual work, improved cash flow and collections, and lifted customer Net Promoter Scores from 5–7 to consistent 9s and 10s; AR aging improved to ~15% over 60 days from ~30% over 90 days.
