Camfed, an international non‑profit that supports marginalized girls across sub‑Saharan Africa, faced rapid program scaling and fragmented systems that created long reconciliation cycles, limited financial visibility and disconnected teams. FinancialForce implemented a unified transactional and reporting platform so “one student, one record” links program payments, budgets and donor reporting; reconciliation that once took 2–3 weeks per country now happens in real time, bank reconciliations and supplier payments are automated, and budgets are monitored continuously. By using FinancialForce, Camfed has improved donor responsiveness, eliminated the need for global ledger consolidation, streamlined payments and reporting, and positioned the organization to scale its impact more efficiently.
