Suez, the energy industry group, needed to replace an outdated guarantees management tool that few people could use properly, creating misinformation and inefficiency across its international teams. To modernize its process and better manage a large portfolio of guarantees across hundreds of subsidiaries, Suez worked with Finance Active and its Fairways Guarantees solution.

Finance Active implemented Fairways Guarantees in a co-construction approach, customizing the SaaS tool to Suez’s needs and rolling it out step by step across the group. The result was a centralized, multilingual system supporting nearly 170 users and 17,000 guarantees, with more refined reporting, detailed analysis capabilities, and significant time savings for teams across the organization.
