Orano, the energy group formerly known as Areva, needed a more reliable way to manage a highly complex guarantee process involving more than a thousand issued and received guarantees across over a hundred subsidiaries. Its existing software could not handle the volume and complexity, forcing teams into time-consuming manual work and difficult off-balance-sheet reporting. Finance Active’s Fairways Guarantees was selected to address these needs.

Finance Active implemented Fairways Guarantees as a SaaS solution tailored to Orano’s workflows, with custom reporting, user rights management, and shared access for about 80 users. The project was completed in four months, including a test phase, data migration, and training. As a result, Orano now has a shared, more reliable database, faster access to information, less manual reporting, and improved efficiency.
