Led by Director of Communications Deanna Roux, the school faced the challenge of modernizing navigation and homepage content to surface the most sought-after information, balancing lead‑generation needs (short vs. detailed inquiry forms and SIS integration), and keeping detailed community communications secure behind portals.

WMA launched a responsive, story‑driven site centered on a strategic homepage featuring a "Distinctively WMA" menu and interactive panels, reorganized content paths, a short top‑level inquiry form for inbound nurturing, and segmented portals for current families and students. The redesign delivered a polished, more findable experience, generated 14 inquiries in 11 days from the new form, and set the school up for ongoing analytics‑based improvements and deeper SIS integration.
