A Finalsite Case Study
Finalsite partnered with Vanguard University to replace a static showcase with a conversion-focused, multi-audience website. The challenge was to serve prospective undergrad, graduate and professional students while also meeting the needs of parents, alumni, donors, faculty and staff—showcasing Vanguard’s seaside campus and rich media while creating clear paths to actions like requesting info, visiting, applying or giving.
Finalsite led a UX-driven discovery (card-sorting, user testing) to create an information architecture with audience-focused landing pages, prominent CTAs, immersive visual design, an interactive campus tour, social media mashups, and secure role-based portals. Combined with training and support for Vanguard staff, the result is a modern, easy-to-navigate site that highlights campus life, streamlines access for distinct communities, and guides visitors toward conversion and giving.
