The Galloway School needed a faster, more reliable way to communicate urgent updates to families and other stakeholders, especially when contact information might be outdated or when multiple teams were involved in messaging. Using Finalsite’s Messages XR, the school wanted to streamline emergency notifications and ensure consistent communication across email and text.

Finalsite implemented Messages XR so Galloway could send synchronized email and SMS alerts from one process. The result was a major improvement in speed and consistency: emergency messages now go out in minutes instead of taking five or six steps, email open rates are typically 70–85% (about 20% higher than in 2020), and SMS delivery has reached 100%.
