Sun Prairie Area School District was already using Finalsite when its new Multimedia and Website Strategist joined, and the team needed a more intuitive way to manage a busy district website with a small communications staff. The district also wanted better ways to organize employee directory content and collect community feedback without sending users to third-party forms.

Finalsite helped Sun Prairie use Composer, the Posts module, and Finalsite Forms to streamline content management and engagement. Posts enabled “create once, publish everywhere” updates across multiple pages, saving time and reducing duplicate work for staff directories and other content, while embedded Forms powered a “We Are Listening” page and COVID-19 questions directly on the site. Sun Prairie reported that this kept users on the website longer, increased overall engagement, and made content updates and removals much easier to manage.
