Finalsite, an education-technology provider, partnered with Rowland Hall to solve a common communication challenge: parents, students and staff were overwhelmed by events and activities and struggled to find timely information, especially when Internet access was limited. The school needed a simple, reliable way to keep its community organized and informed.

Finalsite delivered a customized iPhone app that provides offline access to event details, homework, directions and schedules. Launched three months ago and featured on KSL News, the app is now used by more than half of Rowland Hall parents plus many students and staff, and sits among 50+ customized Finalsite apps—improving engagement by meeting families where they already spend time on their smartphones.
