A Finalsite Case Study
Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart, having redesigned its site in 2016 and launched new portals and an LMS, turned to parent and faculty surveys to see how well the community was adapting. The school learned many users—over half of parents—were primarily on smartphones and that important information felt buried, so they needed clearer navigation, a stronger mobile experience, and better ways to tell their story online.
Using that feedback they added a utility bar with quicklinks and CTAs, improved responsive design with a sticky menu and mobile-friendly media, and built an interactive short‑video “book” to showcase the school’s mission. The changes made key pages easier to find, boosted mobile usability and engagement, and drew enthusiastic parent response—validating the survey-driven approach and the school’s partnership with Finalsite.
