Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart - Customer Case Study

Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart, a relatively new independent all-boys school in the Princeton area, faced the challenge of aligning its community around a clear mission and differentiating itself in a competitive independent-school market under new leadership. With a small marketing team and a desire to avoid the typical closed-door strategic plan, leaders needed a way to involve faculty, families, alumni, and students from the start and make the plan the foundation for future marketing.

The school made the process highly collaborative—hiring consultants, hosting a Visioning Day with 150+ participants, coffee chats and parent forums, and centralizing marketing coordination with Joanna—to co-create the strategic plan branded as “EpicVision: Soaring with Heart.” They launched a dedicated web page using Finalsite Composer, produced a booklet, videos, targeted emails, and social campaigns with branded hashtags; the result was stronger community buy-in, clearer identity and loyalty, ongoing visibility across channels, and momentum for implementing the plan.
