Lenoir‑Rhyne University faced a major branding and usability challenge: rapid growth from one to three campuses left its website outdated, cluttered and unable to showcase the school’s expanding programs and reach. Marketing & Communications Director Angela Reiter determined the inherited plan to rework the old site wasn’t enough and sought a bolder, modern solution.
She and university leaders selected Finalsite for its collaborative approach and strong product; Finalsite’s team guided a fast redesign (December to the following August) that delivered a responsive, visually engaging site with an infinite‑scroll homepage, interactive course catalog, campus landing pages and a social media mash‑up. The result is a clearer, contemporary public face that better supports recruitment and communicates LRU’s growth and brand to digital‑native audiences.
