St. Andrew’s School, a K–12 independent school in Delaware, needed a website that better served prospective families while still supporting current families and alumni. Their challenge was to turn the site into a stronger marketing tool: improve search visibility and mobile/social experiences, simplify navigation, manage a massive photo library, and present clearer, more persuasive content that drives inquiries.
They partnered on a thoughtful redesign that prioritized branded and organic search, a mobile-friendly structure, prominent CTAs, careful photo selection, streamlined content (reducing pages to under 200), and ongoing updates. Year-over-year results included a 33% increase in inquiry form completions, a 52% rise in new website sessions, a 21% drop in bounce rate, and significantly more unique visitors—improving traffic, conversions, and the user experience across devices.
