A Finalsite Case Study
Grand River Academy launched a new Finalsite website in July with a primary goal of boosting recruitment but found its lengthy SIS inquiry and application forms were turning away low‑commitment visitors at the top of the funnel. With most prospects in the awareness or consideration stages, the school needed a lighter touch to capture interest without asking for too much information upfront.
GRA replaced long forms with short, branded forms built in Finalsite’s Forms Manager—prominently placed via an “Apply Now” CTA on the homepage and an admissions overview page. The forms use just nine fields (three required), a custom “Start the Journey Today” button, redirect and automated follow‑up capabilities, and easy styling/exporting; early implementation is expected to increase inquiries and simplify nurturing of prospective families.
