Dulwich College International - Customer Case Study

Dulwich College International (DCI), a network of nine overseas campuses rooted in the historic Dulwich College, needed to better showcase each school and their approach to education while maintaining a consistent brand and user experience across locations. Facing the challenge of serving both prospective families and current parents, DCI aimed to simplify navigation, reduce on-page copy, introduce richer media, and centralize parent information in a dedicated portal — all while allowing each college to express its unique character.

Working with Finalsite, DCI implemented a unified, modern website design and flexible templates that let each college customize content; the team built custom elements, trained site editors, populated the CMS and launched nine sites in under a year. The redesign delivered strong results: positive feedback on the look and usability, significant increases in page views for application and enquiry pages, higher Parent Portal traffic and strong newsletter click-through rates, and improved support for recruitment and local community engagement.
