Finalsite partnered with Choate Rosemary Hall to solve a common school communications challenge: how to surface authentic, up‑to‑date social content across a complex website and turn scattered posts into a cohesive social strategy. Choate lacked a dedicated social manager and needed a way to aggregate department- and event-specific feeds, control content, and measure impact while keeping the site visually consistent.
Choate implemented Finalsite Feeds to create custom mash‑ups and tailored streams (by account, hashtag, or source), apply moderation controls, and add analytics. They use the tool to display targeted feeds (e.g., athletics via Flickr albums, reunion highlights), track page views, clicks and follower growth, and refine content based on performance—resulting in stronger engagement, better content control, and measurable impact on outreach and recruitment.
