Avon Grove School District partnered with Finalsite to completely redesign its district website after finding its previous host couldn’t deliver the features or ease-of-use they needed. With about 45 page owners of varying skill levels and a goal to better serve current and prospective families, the district needed a modern, user-friendly site that showcased the district and made updates faster and simpler.

They followed a four-step process—community focus groups, selecting Finalsite’s Composer platform, training users, and iterating on feedback—which produced a standout homepage with motion video, streamlined multi-column navigation, and much quicker page management. The relaunch delivered easier editing for staff, a better experience for visitors, positive vendor support, and plans to expand student-created multimedia and secure family portals.
