A Finalsite Case Study
Avon Grove School District, a public K–12 district in Pennsylvania with four schools and about 5,200 students, needed to meet WCAG 2.0/Section 508 accessibility requirements but had limited time, staff (30–35 different site editors) and budget. Standard scan-and-report tools generated overwhelming lists of issues they couldn’t fix in-house, and the district wanted to avoid OCR complaints while preserving its modern site design.
They partnered with Finalsite and AudioEye’s managed-service accessibility solution, which delivered a three-phase rollout—automated fixes, manual remediation, and full certification with the Ally Toolbar, help desk and monthly audits. The result was an affordable, largely hands-off implementation that earned ongoing certification, reduced resource strain, preserved site design, and gave the district confidence against ADA/OCR risk.
