Foxcroft School Scaling Personalized Communications With Confidence

Foxcroft School needed a better way to scale personalized communications while keeping messages timely, consistent, and human. The school wanted to reduce email fatigue, support families through key moments like applications and orientation, and help its marcom and admissions teams work more efficiently. Foxcroft used Finalsite’s Email Workflows for Schools to manage these communications.

Finalsite implemented automated workflows with reusable templates, dynamic content blocks, and stats dashboards so Foxcroft could send the right content at the right time and track engagement. The results included about a 59% open rate and more than 500 clicks on monthly newsletters sent to a community of over 3,000, over 80% of families regularly opening the weekly newsletter, and a +63% application completion rate for the Application Started to Application Complete workflow.
