A Finale Inventory Case Study
Sockprints, founded by two partners to meet demand for custom printed socks, struggled with inventory managed by spreadsheets and physical counts. After a chaotic fourth quarter in 2016 they looked for a system that could handle multi-channel sales and the complexity of tracking blank socks used to produce many decorated SKUs.
They implemented Finale Inventory, integrating with Etsy, ShipStation, Shopify, Amazon and their website to enable two-way syncing, reporting, reorder alerts and the ability to link multiple decorated SKUs to a single blank product. As a result, inventory became worry-free during the busy 2017 holiday season, daily workflow was simplified, and reporting and reordering processes improved bookkeeping and operations.
