Eiffage Infrastructures improves field productivity during roadworks and railworks

Eiffage Infrastructures faced inefficient, paper-based daily logs and unorganized smartphone photos on a €16M tram and roadworks project in Bordeaux, which made documenting and escalating field issues slow and unreliable. To address this, Eiffage turned to Finalcad and its FINALCAD Live mobile app to standardize photo capture, add geolocation and structure reporting from the field.

Finalcad rolled out FINALCAD Live with onsite training, enabling geotagged photos, categorized highlights and a management dashboard for real-time communication and traceability. The implementation (16 app users) produced over 500 reported highlights, sped up reporting, improved claims and oversight, and delivered measurable time- and cost-savings that increased productivity and profit for Eiffage.
