Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France Habitat Social improves quality through digital

Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France Habitat Social, the long-standing social housing leader in Île-de-France that delivers roughly 3,500 units a year, faced slow, paper-based quality controls and sought to reduce non-quality, reworks and improve client satisfaction. To modernize inspections across the construction cycle they partnered with Finalcad and began using the Finalcad tablet solution to digitize checklists and controls.

Finalcad implemented a standardized digital Control Plan and Product Quality Records (PQRs) placed on mobile blueprints, enabling real-time audits, punch lists at all stages, BIM integration and collaborative workflows. As a result Finalcad supports 315 active users across 173 operations, with 48 PQRs defined and 38,870 photos captured in 2018, accelerating inspection frequency, cutting handover workload and improving defect tracking and overall product quality.
