Lácteos La Esmeralda cuts electricity bills by up to 36% with FIMER

Lácteos La Esmeralda, a leading Colombian dairy producer, faced high energy costs from its manufacturing plant. FIMER, working with ESSI – COPOWER, provided its PVS-120-TL inverters for a new solar installation to address this challenge.

FIMER's solution involved installing five of its high-performance inverters for a 669kWp ground-mounted solar park. This resulted in the dairy producer reducing its energy consumption by approximately 90,000 kW hour per month, achieving up to 36 percent savings on its electricity bill and a major reduction in operational expenses.
