City & Guilds Group, a global leader in skills development, needed to deliver high-quality digital learning at scale, tailor resources to individual knowledge gaps, and evidence the impact of its investment. To solve this, they partnered with Filtered and adopted Filtered’s adaptive courses and “Filter” tool to personalise content, boost engagement and improve reporting.

Filtered’s solution was integrated into City & Guilds Group’s LMS (Aspire) under a 12‑month, 100‑licence contract, driving 142 new user registrations and 140+ learners who spent 339 hours on 2,508 modules. Outcomes included 83% completion, 74% of modules marked useful, 81% of learners reporting new role-relevant skills, a calculated ROI of £1.80 per £1 invested (≈80% return), 13‑point average IQ improvement and 220 hours saved in training — results that validated the impact and strengthened the ongoing partnership with Filtered.
